What is Applied Net?

Applied Net is the world’s largest insurance gathering and the flagship annual conference for Applied and our family of brands – EZLynx, Tarmika and Ivans. Over four days, you’ll attend insightful education sessions, network with thousands of insurance pros, see the latest products and services in the industry, hear from amazing speakers, and have a ton of fun.

What is the Applied Client Network?

The Applied Client Network (ACN) is the only authorized user group for Applied Systems software. The network provides members education, industry advocacy, peer-to-peer networking, and direct product influence with Applied Systems to help you achieve better business results.

We’re excited to offer a special discount on ACN membership when you bundle it with your Applied Net registration. When registering, choose the “Member Individual + Join the Applied Client Network Today” registration type to receive the discounted membership price PLUS the member price for the conference (that’s over $300 in savings). Think about what your business could do with that money!

What can I expect to gain from Applied Net?

You can expect to learn product tips and tricks from other software users, hear valuable insights from industry experts, and receive hands-on training from our tech gurus. You’ll become immersed in information and experience networking opportunities that will increase the value of your technology investment, making your business more valuable and productive.

What education sessions are offered?

Our education program offers more than 250 sessions on a wide variety of subjects, from industry trends to professional development hot topics and best practices for using our software. So, no matter what your role is or which technology in the Applied family you use, we have sessions that match your unique needs and interests. And our persona-specific learning tracks make it easy to find the ones that resonate with you.

When will the list of sessions be made available?

The complete list of conference session titles will be available in May 2024. The Applied Net team is determined to provide you with best-in-class technology education. With more than 250 sessions now being scheduled, you can rest assured that there will be education for all levels of experience, all agency roles, and all users in the Applied family.

Do I need to register for each session I want to attend?

No, all you need to do is register for the conference. You can build your agenda in the Applied Net app once we get closer to the event, but you don’t have to add sessions to your agenda to attend them.

Who are the session presenters?

Sessions are led by industry trailblazers, our product experts, and other software users like yourself.

Are continuing education credits available?

Continuing Education (CE) sessions are available to ensure you meet your state's requirements while also providing additional education to build success at your business. Sessions will be held during the Pre-Conference program on Monday, September 9, from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. An additional fee of $64 per session and pre-registration are required.

What can I expect in the Applied Net Exchange?

The Applied Net Exchange is our bustling expo hall that houses all the tech must-haves. Here, you can pop by our booth to see the latest innovations across our brands, connect with over 85 exhibitors on their exciting products and services, and network with other software users at the ACN booth. All this while enjoying some tasty treats and drinks on us!

What is the appropriate attire for Applied Net?

We recommend business casual attire for the entire conference. Dress pants or jeans, dresses, blouses, and sports coats (tie or no tie – up to you!) are welcome. Conference ballrooms tend to be chilly, so please bring a blazer or a sweater.

What do I need to be admitted to Applied Net events?

Your official conference badge is required for admittance to all Applied Net daytime and evening events. If you misplace your badge during the conference, please seek assistance at the Applied Net Help Desk.

What are the dates for Applied Net 2024?

Monday, September 9 – Thursday, September 12, 2024.

How do I register for Applied Net?

You can register online from January 31 – September 6, 2024, or at the venue from September 8 – 11, 2024.

Is there a discount for registering early?

Yes. The Early Bird discount applies through May 31, 2024. Visit the Pricing page for more details.

Is there a group registration discount?

Yes. Applied Net offers a discount on full conference registration for groups of four or more and groups of 10 or more within the same organization. The more people you send, the more you save! Please contact the Applied Client Network at 800.383.2952 for group registrations.

What is the deadline for registration?

Early Bird registration is from January 31 – May 31, 2024. Pre-Registration is from June 1 – July 26, 2024. Regular registration is from July 27 – September 6, 2024. After September 6, registration will be accepted onsite only at the Applied Net venue from September 8 – 11, 2024.

What is included in my registration fee?

Full conference registration includes exclusive access to all education sessions, keynotes, exhibits, published meals, and evening events. Additional fees apply for the CE classes and Emerging Leaders Program.

I can’t make it every day of the conference. Can I register for a particular day?

Yes. One-day registration includes education sessions, keynotes, exhibits, published meals, and evening events on the selected day. Attendees can choose from Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. One-day registration costs $949 for ACN members and $999 for non-members.

Can I bring my spouse or another guest?

Yes. There are two registration options for guests. Guest full registration is $899 and includes keynotes, exhibits, published meals, and evening events but does NOT include education sessions. Guest evening event only is $349 per event and allows conference registrants to purchase a ticket to the Tuesday and/or Wednesday evening event(s). This does not include any other meal functions or exhibits. Attendees going to evening events must be 21 years of age or older.

I received a discount code for registration, but it’s not working. What should I do?

Make sure you’re entering the code at checkout in the box marked as ‘discount code’ and NOT in the ‘registration code’ box. Once you’ve double-checked, if you still need assistance, reach out to us at info@appliednet.com.

What forms of payment are accepted for registration?

We accept MasterCard®, Visa®, and American Express®.

What is the cancellation policy?

We hope you don’t have to cancel your registration, but if you do, you must submit a request to info@appliedclientnetwork.org. A 10% fee will be charged for each canceled registration received on or before May 31, 2024. Cancelations received between June 1, 2024, and July 26, 2024, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after July 26, 2024. Substitutions, however, may be made at any time. No-shows without prior written notice are responsible for payment in full. Applied Client Network and Applied Systems are not responsible for non-refundable hotel reservations, airfares, or change fees incurred due to canceled airline flights or changes imposed by the airlines due to inclement weather or scheduling changes. Hotel reservations need to be canceled directly with the host resort.

What should I do when I arrive onsite?

Visit the Applied Net Registration and Help Desk during open hours to check in and pick up your conference materials. The Registration and Help Desk will be open at the following local times:

• Sunday, September 8: 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Monday, September 9: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, September 10: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, September 11: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Registration closes; Help Desk remains open until 6:00 p.m.)
• Thursday, September 12: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (Help Desk only)
